hi i just gt a 2nd hand pearl RT recently and e stock pedal seems creaky and unresponsive.. can any1 help me ? i'm quite noob at tis

Creaky - Dust/dirt could have settled, clogging up the moving parts. Adding more lubrication at this point just makes things worse. You could strip the whole thing apart, degrease everything, then relube sparingly.

Unresponsive - The tension of the spring can be adjusted, but if the spring is already stretched out, you might need a new one.

how do i degrease e moving parts ? and how can i tell if e spring tensions are stretched out ? which i doubt is e case coz its not tt new

You don't degrease, you regrease it (if no rust was found). Or else try to remove the rust using sand paper then grease it. The spring U can feel when U are stepping on it. If the rebound was v slow, then the spring is too loose or maybe it's spoilt. U should get the new spring. Bring along the pedal.

Do clean it, is a better way of keeping things in shape. Now recession eh..
