help with fender strat

Hi.. i just got a fender standard strat and realized that all 3 knobs are not moving( tone, tone, volume)... what's the prob here?

hmmmm... actually my friend got it for me from overseas... is it because some things are too tight or something?

quite simply, the knobs have oxidized parts so they are 'stuck'.

this is easily cured if you spray contact lubricant, if they still are not moving, replacement is due.

do note that many unplayed (stored inside boxes @ warehouses/ hung up for display but untouched) guitars suffer this set back.
