Help on selection guitar

I'm having issues selecting guitar, I've actually been to stores like three times but since I'm just starting out I have no idea about the wood nor when I strum and it's supposed to sound "right", I don't really hear that. I don't actually know the difference of guitar in tune in order to know the difference from the ones out of tune.

I have gone to this store in person but I was unable to select one so I'm going to post the link to their site and hopefully someone experienced in buying a guitar will be able to help me select one.

I don't know how to tune a guitar so I'm wondering if that would be a problem and I see guitar tuners and such and it confuses me however I've read that the E (sixth string) is usually in tune and if it's not to use a keyboard or computer aided tuning program to get it in tune and hold the fifth fret down on E to get an A and get the next string to sound the same. It sounds all logical and pretty simple through words, I'm not sure how it'd be when I actually try it out.

Here is the site:

Maestro- Guitar E-1
Affortable Priced Guitar with excellent Material
Online Price = S$169/nett only

There is this other school that sells musical instruments but I've not visited them. My interest eventually will be to move onto electric guitar, however, I don't hate acoustic and I like the sound too but electrical guitars are more expensive. I did come across the school selling an electric guitar for a pretty good price but I'm not sure if it's it's good and they sell a few acoustics too.

The Rocker ($179) looks tempting because it includes amp and all, but I don't know how good the quality of the amp is nor the brand itself. The Ashbury ($129) looks pretty good too and the Prillante looks affordable, not sure of the quality though.

If someone could help me out, that'd be great!
Thank you!

Eieo - Thank you for those sites. I've actually read guides before on selecting guitar and tuning but ya know as I've mentioned, they're easier described in words than having to do the real thing. It might be really easy but I haven't had a chance to try it out, hence why I'd like to buy one to learning how to tune and play.

As for the link for great deals, thank you but I chose to buy from either Renner or Ossia.

Thank you for the links to contact those about Maestro guitar. I'm not looking into a range of their products nor have a specific question about that guitar. I'm trying to determine which brand to buy amongst the ones I've put them.

If anyone is able to compare these selections of mine and let me know which ones are good or have used them before, it'd be so helpful!

Thanks again.

Lmao. Nah, I chose it cause I couldn't think of anything better and since I was trying to think of one to use over here, I couldn't come up with one once again so I decided to just use the same for Singapore forums. I don't really use the site either lol.
