erm..a noob question here..
Can i use daisy chain to connect 9v pedals and 18v pedals together? Or is there another way?

Sorry i'm not sure, but i don't think you can mix it up like that. Different voltages after all.
I'd also like to ask if you must strictly use a boss psa adapter for a boss pedal? cause the boss pedal says "use boss psa only".
or can you use others with it? thanks

I think you must. I use batteries for my Boss, because i only have one... To TS, different voltages, so no, you cannot, because you either have to use a 9v or 18v power supply. The pedals in different voltage ratings will dieeeee....

Ok, i heard there is this adapter called the godlyke power pump to convert the voltage from 9v to 18v so i guess this is what i need to get. Thanks!

u can use the 1spot or some other daisy chain to power your boss pedal. it shd be fine as long as the power requirements fit (the voltage and the milliamps required). im powering mine with a 1spot and biyang daisy chain..no probs so far.

for the 18v pedals i think u shd either get the 18v power supply or use things like the pp2, supacharger or modtone powerplant. power supplies like these provide both 9v and 18v power, sometimes 12/6v if u want.

hope this helps!

i use my 9V Digitech pedal adapter to power up all my pedals. from boss to mxr to vox and to my planet wave tuner. works perfectly fine. all my pedals are 9V, i think as long the adapter is 9V, its fine. but a 9V adapter to power up a 18V pedal? i think cant.
