Hi peeps

I am looking for band/singer that have done some own recording or mixdown of its own song. Any one can help to answer some questions regarding your own recording or mixdown?? I need it urgently for my school assignment .I hope you guys can help.Thanks.

thanks for the reply.Definitely you can help. What i need to know is like how did you mixdown for that particular song,better if you are the engineer for it.Questions like the balance,or how did u achieve that elements..Is it okie if i can add you on msn ?

there're lots of engineers down here too. i'm sure they'll be friendly enough to add more theory than what i can provide since i'm not audio-trained or diploma certified.

recording/mixing is an art to all of us.
whether some has been to "art school" , some don't have the chance to. if you got the materials (paint,brush,and paper) what's left is creativity and practise to "do it" right?

nobody said you must have a 4 digit fender/gibson guitar and a DDR (dance dance revolution) sized floor board pedal to play well..
