zens rock, as does creative customer support. they exchanged my old nomad. i wrote a note explaining the problem and agve it to my maid to exchange for me. she came home with a brand new one.

going to do it for my vision:m before warrantly runs out coz mines scratched haha

oh yar for the earphone prob...its either the earphone or the hole... try twisting it...or go for repair...i got the same problem with my old LG mp3
