what you're talking about is probably waxed/coated denim. dior homme has great coated denim from its luster series, or you could get a cheaper pair from say nudie or hells bells. anything between 150 - 900 for dior lusters

Isn't that leather jeans?? u can get it at the tailors at peninsula.... if im not mistaken... im not sure if bugis street have onot cos they also have some leather apparels there. but peninsula definitely have leather jeans.
