hmmm.. i have no idea how to tune 1/2 step down. I'm using a computer AP guitar tuner.. and i cant find a option for 1/2 step. help help

In standard tuning, tune your 6th string to the 6th fret of the fifth string. Once your low E string is tuned to that, which is an Eb, just tune the fifth string to the 5th fret of the 6th string. Then go down the rest of the strings as per normal.

i'm poor la, no tuner. hahaha. Gotta tune by ear. hmm yeah my bridge isnt floating or whatever, jus a normal strat. Trying to play vertical horizon songs, and the band plays their song, 1/2 step down.

You can still use your AP guitar tuner to tune 1/2 step. ie. Just tune each strings to their relevant half step down notes. :)

E => Eb

A => G#

D => C#

G => F#

B => Bb

E => Eb

I just a tuner to tune down.

You can try tuning down by ear to those songs using 1/2 step.

Tuning guitar is by pressing th 5th fret on the E string and plucking it with the A string rite? try pressing the 4th fret on the E string and match it with the A string. Continue for all the strings, you're on your way.
