help!!guitar neck

hi guys...i'm using a Washburn x-10 electric guitar.
The trouble with the guitar is that when i detuned the guitar,the neck will become slightly bent.This happens when you change the guage of the strings to a heavier guage.There was a sort of allen key that i was given when i purchase the guitar that fits space on the bottom of the neck whereby you could twist.The problem is i dont know how yo use it.Has anybody encountered the same situation or Know how to handle this situation :?:

thx for the advice .There wasn't much buzzing though.Only the bent made me feel uneasy as though it's going to break.But less obvious now but i still feel as though it's bent

that depends on how badly ur neck is bent... or bring it down to gc and ask for kc to help u do it..
