HELP:Bridge problem?

Hi,

I'm using JEM-JR guitar, and i restring the guitar a while ago ( 1st timer )

Actually b4 restringing, i find my bridge ( Floyd rose ) position a bit weird.
After restringing, as i tune my guitar, i realise that my bridge is actually tilting forward more then it should, now i can even see a little bit of the spring under it. Can anyone tell me whats wrong? thx!

The wood supporting the studs is probably cracked, hence the bridge studs tilting forward more than they should. I've seen at least 3-4 cases of Jem Jr's with this problem in the past year or so.

There's no simple remedy though. If you have the right glue and clamps it's not such a difficult fix. But if you have no experience with wood work, its better seek professional advice.

oh no >_< i saw some wood a little chip off at the base of the bridge... i think this is what you've said.. man this really give me a headache..

Do you know where can i get this problem fix?
