Help: Amp decision.

Hey softies,

I've narrowed down to 2 amps now.

1) AC4TVH + V112VT Cab
2) Fender Pro Junior

I loved both sounds but still unable to decide, I hope you guys can fill in more info for me and give me a more firm decision as testing these amps for once alone can't tell me much but the tone only.

The cleans on the Pro Jr and the Classic tone AC4 has are both so insanely good to me...so yeah that explains and i'll be playing with delays and overdrive pedals etc...So I'd like to know if either amps can take pedal better...and most imptanly i'd like a more clean headroom...which may be a -1 for the AC4...

Yes from what i know, the AC4 is 4 watt while the Pro Jr is 15 watt. But loudness isn't too particular for me because I'll be playing the amps in my church, a small congregation of 20 for youths (guess no mic-ing for that section atm), and at my main service of nearly 200 and my hdb flat.

Why I like the AC4TVH:
Its a head itself so I can connect it to other bigger 16ohm speakers so as to have a louder sound, which will also have a bigger headroom...I'd be getting the stock cab btw if I really get this and my church has other speakers. And even on cabinet, its great to play at home cuz it has 1/4 watt att. Not to forget, its tone is what captured me, but like i mentioned above...the clean headroom is pretty little compared to the Pro Jr, right? and that is kinda like my main concern for the ac4

So, the Pro Jr:
The clean tone is insane esp on my 62 tele and i loved it very much... I may not have researched enough but is this amp pedal friendly? Will the tone be sucked or whatsoever? Yes, will it be loud enough for my congregation? I know the clean is sufficient/ maybe too loud for my home use.
Another thing which I'm unsure of, will combos be less long lasting compared to cabinet as you know the tubes get hot and its just directly above the speaker...and compared to cabs, the speaker will be more protected from the heat when its at pretty high gain.. and can the Pro Jr be output to a cabinet? Thats my main concern for the Pro Jr.

Yes, thats all that I am concerned with. Very satisfied with the sound of the individual amps...I'd really like these amps to last me for a long time as I don't want to be a guitarist who keeps on venturing into different kind of amps. A one times good one will do, beacause I have a budget.

Cheers,
Philo.

Hi Philo

for your main service, for 200, there are PA systems to mic up, right? Then I'd say, volume wise, no concern.
Congregation for 20, don't think will have any problems. As a user of the Vox, I agree that the clean headroom
is nothing to die for. By 9 oclock, it starts breaking up already. I'd say it's perfect for home, good tone, congregation suits fine
with it. For 200, mic it up.

The fender definitely has more clean headroom. But it may be too loud for home and the congregation. I've no experience with it, though.

Thanks for the suggestion.
Will the clean be loud enough for my congretation of 20? Because we have drums.
However, I'm leaning more to the fender amp already for now. hmm.
