Hello City Musicians. Enquiry on toneport UX8

[the heimlich maneuver]

hi guys,

I bought a toneport ux8 from city music last december.

Im having problems with the knobs.
The first 3 inputs keep giving me problems.

When i record drums, sometimes the volume level would just decrease suddenly,normally for the first 3 channels (not simultaneously) and go back up and down.

When I try to increase and decrease using the knobs on the invidual channels, it would give some static noise.

Im thinking that maybe the knobs have worn out due to overusage.

Its still under warranty, so i want to ask how long will you guys take to fix it, if you can fix it that is.
