Hello, any easy songs for a beginner?

Pretty much any english pop/rock/punk/etc. song for the last ten years or so. It's almost all straight eights that changes once ever bar or two. What do you usually listen to?
I usually listen to Jpop, but they're all too fast for me. Haha.
So I guess I'll have to start of from easy ones.

For Jpop, I recommend Robinson by Spitz. It's the very first song I learnt to play when I first started on the bass.

How long did you take to memorize it? =X
The verse parts are easy, it's just the chorus part that's a lil tricky. It all depends on how much you practice it. For me, it took about a month (practised about 3 or 4 times a week, less than an hour each time..) before I could play the song from start to end with some mistakes here and there though.
