I dunno, my friend said she and her sister went trick or treating in some expatriate area during Halloween last year and they got a whole bag of candy.

there used to be trick or treating back where i used to stay, uh Pandan Valley, which is like 5 minutes from holland v. in fact, my family used to get candy and lure kids to our door, and our lights would be off and a bowl of candy would lie right in front of our door. so kids would reach in for the candy and we'd jump out and scare the living daylights out of them. some of them would start crying. lol. it was so funny. but then we'd give them tons of candy so they'd stop crying (so they wouldn't scare off the next batch of victims)
