H2 vs Line6 Backtrack + mic

hi all,

i need to get some sort of recorder for band brainstorming and guitar/bass riffs.
which one is better? the H2 or Line6 backtrack.

not for recording and releasing material. but it need to be good enuff to record and playback in a band setting.

if you had the budget for h4n I would have suggested that , but I must say great preamps on that one.
