Guitar stands/holder for pointy guitars

A couple of you Softies are owners of pointy guitars like explorers, flying vs, beast etc etc. And i was wondering what kinda guitar stands/holders you use. Cause I'm sure we don't want the edge of our guitars to get chipped off...
Right now i use this stand

for my explorer but the edge is almost touching the floor...
Any stands/holders to recommend?

U cld try the Hercules stand available @ Swee Lee, it has adjustable height and ur guitar won't touch the ground.

the top edge of my explorer is actually just a few cm away from one of the legs, so i kinda stuff a cloth there to make sure it doesnt move abt

wall hangers must drill hole leh. And my room doesn't have enough wall space for a guitar hanger. Mostly taken up by shelves and cupboards

hold it all the time, hug it to sleep, take it into the showers with you, bring it for a walk, take it to meet your parents

actually kerplunk, if ya dont want to drill holes for wall mounted hangers, the next best thing is to keep it in the hardcase.

considering i've absolutely NO STRAT SHAPED GUITARS now, i'm actually at a loss of how to store my guitars.

flying v's are still ok, but anyone got solutions to store a mockingbird?

B.C Rich has mocking bird case, call davis up.
Also, you can get a 'universal' electric guitar case.

e.g the cases that come with some fender strats/teles that are not molded inside. (~160SGD branded ones/~100 from novelty)
As for Novelty, you can bring ur guitar down and just tell David(Shop owner) that you need a case and ask him if you could test it out.
He is very accomodating and allowed me to test the cases he had out, and when it didn't fit, he advised me on where I could find it.

Great great guy with great service, from my experience.

If they don't have can ask them to order in.

Else put it on a hercules stand.

veek, get the hercules stand that i have~ it holes it from the neck and is Angled so its slightly resting~

height is adjustable too with padded bottoms~

Lightice bro, i dont need a mockingbird case, it fits into the flying v softcase i have, as for the v, there's a hardcase for it. but keeping it in the hardcase is somewhat troublesome, u can just pull it off the stand and play....

nice. but wont the bottom chip off? the legs of my warlock have chips even though i keep them in my gigbag but maybe its cos of rough handling =/
