guitar scratch remover?

do anyone knows which guitar polish can effectively cover up or remove those hairline scratches on guitar?
or any other product dat is safe to do the following task?

they suggested using some car polish thingy..2 diff bottles.cant remember the details.

scratch it more, that way it becomes a relic :lol:

but seriously, theres nothing wrong imo, with havign afew scratches on the guitar, shows its been used well.
