Guitar pedal(korg ax3000g or zoom g2.1u)

If you can afford a little bit more, buy a 2nd boss gt-6 or even better boss gt-8. my friend uses the obsolete boss gt-3 and he says he is using it for 8 years without any problem. But make sure you have the manual because he says its very difficult since there are alot of parameters to adjust. Also, ordering the effects wrongly will not give you a good sound.

hmm missed the chance to get a $230 gt6...wel i only have abt $250, any suggestions wad wud be good to get?

ax3000g. was in ur situation but even more choices and bigger lists or shortlisted mfx.
went with the ax3000g and had never looked back. got it for 230 with 10months warranty. go for that range.

TO ME, zoom mfx are more difficult to use.

only thing i think is a con is the size. haha. zoom is much smaller and lets say...more portable to me.

maybe u wanna wait for another offer? im sure one will rise soon enough. byleft(or was it city music?) has it $350 for a new one. dont know if its still at that price

Is citymusic still having sale now? If its still on u can drop by there and check the prices first for a first hand with warranty

Hey man, Its good to clear your doubts about the ax3000g (tou was a little shocked you started a thread on it haha). To let you know, not all ax3000g's fail after 3 years (prob personal experience from softies here). Thats just a statistic and it probably depends on how the owner chooses to handle it. For the slightly less than 1 odd year Ive had it for, i never had any issues with it and had it kept snug in my hardcase. You have my word on that. So its still reserved for you until Wednesday. No pressure on your part, choose whichever multi is best suited for you both financially and tonally at this point.

Heres a review on it that you might find useful (just to point out, nth mentioned about it failing after 3 years under reliability).
