Guitar for Jrock

Hi, i would like to know if ESP guitars or Ibanez guitars are better for JROCK?
My budget is around 2k.

There are no like specific guitar which is better. these two brands are more associated with it because more jrock ppl use these brands. i suggest u go try all the different brands and shapes and styles of guitars before making a choice.

the amp and efx would be more important when trying to attain the jrock tone, the guitar is just the medium in which you use to play the tunes.
