Guitar Effects!!

Hi everyone!!. Just got my les paul guitar. I like to play led zeppelin mostly. could anybody help me figure out what effects do they use all the time...would it be like a blues driver

i tink jimmy page uses his on board dist on his marshal amp..n it has been said once too often,u would never get (insert name) sound/tone with this (insert pedal) pedal...hope i helped...peace...=)

zeppelin is cool.

as Arthur mention, and from what I read, JP never uses a particular effect for all their songs. And note also that he was using gear of yesteryear. For you to duplicate his gear = lots of money

Take your time to try out the stock mainstream pedals first. Proco Rat, Boss OD3, BYOC Shredder/OLCircuits ShredMeister, Ibanez Tubescreamer, MXR Distortion are probably good starting points.

give the deucetone rat by proco a shot. Its super versatile.

you neep a supro and a tele.

^yeah. supro + tele. maybe a tonebender with your guitar volume rolled off, might do the trick for a few zep OD tones, probably the SOH solo too.
