Grounding of amp.

What does grounding my amp means?

Btw i just got a roland cube 15. When im playing my guitar, i can feel erm..
very tiny electric shock from the strings.. when im resting my on the strings that is. how to get rid of that..? 'grounding of amp' can get rid of that?

Change the power plug to 3pins type. I always do that for my customer who buy amp from me.

Yes, the Cube15 default is european kind of plug, I have them. Although 2pin, but there is ground connection, if only our socket is compliant to these, then no problem already.
