Hi guys, just want to let you know about this AWESOME earphone shop which I bought my pair of earphones from, great prices, great service!
Last year around the start of December, my cousin introduced me to this shop because I was looking to get earphones and since we were hanging out around the area, I decided to go check it out.
The place wasn't too big, but there were many customers in the shop and only 3 staff. Despite that, one of the staff immediately attended to me the moment I entered the shop and offered me a seat. He then told me that he would let me try the different types of earphones starting from the lower end ones to the high end ones.
At this point I was really happy with the service because I haven't been to anywhere else with such great service!
I finally found one that I liked and that was within my budget, the Hippo VB and it was priced at $158. However at the counter, without me asking, he gave me an immediate discount as well as a free headphone amp. In total the earphones cost me $99!
I was very pleased with this purchase but was wondering why he decided to give me such a big discount, so I went home to check the price of the earphones in some online shops and true enough, they were priced around USD120.
Moving on, the connection at the jack starting getting a little loose a couple of weeks back, one side would go on and off at times. Since I still had slightly under a year's worth of warranty left, I decided to go back to the shop.
When I arrived there, I told them about the problem that I was facing with the earphones and they immediately gave me a temporary replacement as the model which I bought was out of stock and they did not even check my receipt.They told me that the stock will be coming at the end of the month and that once it arrived, I could come and collect it and I did not have to even return the replacement.
This shop is none other than Jaben Networks at The Adelphi, just opposite Funan IT Mall and they are located on the fourth floor.
If you are looking for a good pair of earphones, look no longer and drop by their shop now!

Sigh how I wish more shops in Singapore had the same level of service as them...
