hi there, i've got a 10w smarvo bass amp...its cheap and good use for home practice. selling it cause i've upgraded to a 150 w amp. haha... condition is 9/10... its just a lot of dust... its 50 bucks.so let me know if u want it... 9-0-0-2-4-4-4-7

Go check out this brand called SX at davis. They have beginner's packages from $250 that comes with an amp too. If you think you're going to be more serious and have more budget i'd recommend that you get a slightly better bass to last you longer.
Might be more expensive but if you're totally serious and think you're going to go far playing then the investment is worth it.
You can spend up to maybe $600 with the amp included but that will last you a long time.
And the resale value is high if you want to sell if off in the future.
Speaking of which, i'm selling off my 4-string bass. It's a Yamaha BB 414 so if you're interested just PM me and we can arrange.

I'm thinking of checking city music for a bass practice amp... 220 bucks for a 15w line 6 amp. Sounds like a good deal , lot of features.. but if anyone can recommend a better one around that price please let me know.
