yea, but if it was the same price as the studio...why not?
which hopefully it would be, as theres hardly any finishing on them.
and knobs are cheap anyway, wats $5 to replace them.
so far no details of the price, but i guess this is like gibson's own 'highway one' series

notice that humbucker is actually mounted into the wood, and not floating/pickup ring mounted.
that should give it a heavier tone.
