G&L ASAT BASS

hi guys, i was browsing thru G&L website, saw their ASAT bass, or more recognised as a tele bass.

i know yamaha do bring in the tribute models assembled in korea.
musician friend's list price was like US$1850.


does yamaha(sg) bring in the original G&L models?
yea, just wana know. considering my choices before i change my bass, reorder the same model with a maple neck.

yamaha singapore doesn't bring in original g&ls... they only got the tribute series.
