As above, with box etc. Used and velcroed. Pretty good (but not mint) condition - i.e. used but not abused. Spent most of its time sitting on my pedal train when i was overseas. It comes with the US power adapter but nova pedals have automatic converters, so all you need is just a travel adapter. Will provide if I can find my adapter.
