Free Rudimental Workshop Club?

Awesome!
Though I doubt I meet the criteria, I would love to see the lessons.
A video perhaps? For those who did not meet the criteria but very much want to see the rudiment lessons.

Can you guys recall, when you were beginners, how much confidence you had on the drums? Did you feel like to be video taped or taken photos by strangers? No! It makes you like a fool!
According to the organizer's kind intension, this programme is for less privileged people, so call disadvantaged group... Why need to capture their presence and show it to the whole world? For referrence, for memory? Or is that more important than how they feel?
I think at the inital stage, confidentiality and reassurance should be provided, so that people involved can stay on, feel comfortable, and learn...

Cos i think I would rather watch rudiments videos of the teachers themselves than the students. So chill dude. :D
 
haha c'mon, videotape it, record it anything man.
i wouldn't mind even if its me being recorded...and im no biggie! haha

but by recording it down, the players would at least have a rewind on how they played the instrument? i think that would be cool.

Hi All,

The meet-ups will not be recorded.

And for all that I have contacted, the first tentative meetup will be held on 17th April at 6.30pm-7.30pm.

It will be held at The Music Lab.

Also, I don't think I have enough drum pads to for everyone. Can any of the accepted candidates bring their own? Let me know so I can plan better.
 
hmmmm.... bt i dun have any practice pad! ohno. bt one softy might be lending me hte pad. so if possible i will bring it.
 
Can I donate a Warwick 12" Trainee Pad for the cause? Can just put in the lab for those who forget to bring pads or there are not enough pads to go around...

I have a Remo practice pad to donate for this cause too. It's a little on the loud side for a drumpad, if you guys don't mind it :)
