Forming Top 40s Looking for Drummer/Bassist/Vocalist

I'm a Lead guitarist and looking to form a Top 40s band with the eventual goal of playtime in a pub. The songs we are doing will be Top 40s stuff. I'm currently looking for the following people:

Drummer
Bassist
Keyboardist
Vocalist

Criteria
- Between the age of 18-30
- At least 3-4 years experience in your instrument/singing (preferably experienced musicians)
