a new model from esp, THE BOMBBBBBBBBB. the explorer from gibson never turned me on, but looking at the clean, smooth, tanned mahogany, loaded EMGs, sexy black hardware and sharpened ends... WHOAAA.

I myself also like this explorer.now im in a dilemma whether to get a lespaul or an esp explorer in the future

why?

cause im not sure if i can play a gig with this guitar for any other genre of songs except metal. the high output pickups give me a tight chugga but it sure does cleans well when i need them. the edge III bridge isnt the best out there but it is adequate for me. and Muhammed Suicmez uses this guitar(in black). if he isnt metal i donoe what is.

metal/hardcore enough? just now my jam session, i have metallica and oasis in my songlist but i cant accept that i have to play oasis with this guitar, so brought my LP instead.

It's Mahogany. It's a floating Trem. It's a 7 string. It's tuned to A, and it's on 11s.

Plus, it's BLACK. Metal enough?:twisted:

But then again, the pickups are the most un-metal sounding pups Iv'e ever heard in a 7 string... That's WHY I love this guitar so much.

I would want an MX guitar!!! Its by ESP, a discontinued model because of a lawsuit with Gibson.... It has a long history behind. This was made popular by James Hetfield of Metallica.... Explorer has always been my favorite guitar shape.... Firstly I really like the droop headstock design, the body shape makes it very simple to play while sitting down as there is a angle in the guitar for you to place it on your lap. It looks great to when you're standing....HAHA...You can see some Metallica videos on the Internet. And yes, I will be still loving them...
