i've not heard tracks by bozzio levin stevens though....but mahavishnu and planet X sure kicks ass.

Anyone knows Ring Of Fire? Not prog though...but you get to see virgil donati, tony macalpine and philip bynoe (ex steve vai band) shoving out some killer metal stuffs.

yeah..planet X..!! the ultimate prog metal/fucion/rock...still got dunno what somemore..but they blow my mind..everytime..i hear any of their songs.. must keep listening..to get used to the changes in meter. :wink:

non the less a good way to get used to odd time signitures besides listening to Dream Theater... prog music 101 - dream theater. LOL
