Floyd Rose issue

hi peeps i own a jackson ps3 with the original jackson floyd rose installed, thing is when i pull the whammy bar upwards , the note tends to be dead , as my action is rather low, i was wondering if it is the action that is too low or simply other setup issues, pls advise . thanks

Its a setup issue.

You can't get too low action without impeccable fretwork and if you like to do extreme whammying.
