yes- based on the ones i tried, of course...

both the indo SA260/ RG321 are on par with their Korean predecessors. in fact, IMO i find the rosewood fretboards on both models to be of better quality- more close grained, less dry spots 8)

no. they are on par. if there is any difference in feel then it's the fretboard- which is in contact with your fingertips, mostly... how substantial is that to feel difference? not much...

i'd rather go for korina.but its up to you
