i just found out that when i play guitar i always use one finger to press the frets then when i watch video on youtube they use almost all thier finger to press the fret..i dunno why i only use one finger..
can u guys giv me some tips?=)

As a general idea, assign one finger to each fret, and move your whole left hand whenever moving from one playing area to another. Fret only when necessary, and release fretting only also at the last moment - when necessary.
