is fender jap neck heel the standard heel size of strat? or is it slightly bigger?

its not the same. it wouldnt be a perfect fit. the MIJ neck wouldnt be able to sit properly in the neck pocket of an MIA body. you might have to re-drill the holes on the neck to accomodate a MIA Fender body.

licensed by fender necks are the only necks that can fit MIA fender bodies nicely.

anyway, what is the problem that you are facing with your guitar right now? just curious to know.

Take a measurement. The heel size should be 2 3/16" for both Fender Japan and Fender USA. If that's the case it should work. The depth of the neck pocket and the screw hole alignment may need to be altered slightly. There's no guarantee, I used the word specs loosely to mean heel size, which is the most important specification and question posed.
