Mex Fenders
*great bargain for a limited period: you can now get a good Fender for less than $800. i notice the new Mex units are more consistent in their QC

*check out Fender's Baja tele for that unmistakable Tele thump- thanks to the brass string saddles

*also quite the highlight in the Mex selection- Powerhouse Strat. great single coil tone with reduced noise response.

*bag now included for Mex models

Highway1 series
*the guitars currently top on my acquisition list, great workmanship as usual

*tone revision: you'd hear more output (if you can hear at all) from the new set of pickups

*jumbo frets: great for bends

American Std
*more affordable than before

*lighter in weight due to thinner lacquer overcoat + more midrange in overall tone
 
the last time i checked, for H1 tele (because i'm interested in getting one...): black/ honey blonde/ sunburst/ midnight wine. if memory serves me right, there's only 1 unit left for the black finish... no worries, i don't intend to acquire another black guitar :cool:

thanks for your help.

I just check with bras basah shop, there's no H1 tele...
But there's a really sweeeeeet H1 strat in sunburst color :D
And oh...a Jimmy Vaughan strat... damn!
Too bad I only have a budget for 1 guitar, and that would be a tele for now :D

is there still mia fender highway 1 SSS and american std?
btw wads the differences between those 2?
im planning to get 1 but seraching online cant determine which to get =(
