A guitar only is good to a certain extent,the other part is all the player you can have a million dollar guitar, but in a noob's hands it still can sound bad

P.S If you are really bent on getting it,feel free we are not in the position to stop you,but do try other guitars first, see which feels better

Honestly, in my opinion, roughly the true distribution of tone is...

1) Amp + Speakers - 60%
2) Guitar - 30%
3) Modulation - 10%

So if you have $2300 to spend, go get a good amp (unless you already have one la..) then think about the guitar. Part of the money can also be spent on tutorials which can actually help you sound good most of time. At least more often than any amp, guitar of modulation which can fail you on any given day. Agreed?

Wat I mean by modulation is anything between the guitar and the amp. Guitar includes pickups and other things like pick and cable and what not is not that significant.
