actually guitar's one of the easiest instruments to pick up unless if you plan to be yngwie malmsteen the second.

2) String snapping can cause someone to go blind

3) Hand made guitars sound better than factory made ones

IMO all these "myths" like you'll sound better if you do this and that, aren't really myths because it's rather subjective, don't you think?
