im one of them, but is yamaha fat strat not fender, but i find the sound and feel rather good. its 412v, the pickguard abit different kinda smaller

i think mike has his own supply of coil tap switches, so i don't think u need to get one urself, coz he changed mine for me, w/o me supplying him one. best is to pm him, sms him, whatever him, and ask him urself, he's very helpful, and its almost garaunteed that u will understand what he's saying. (unlike certain guitar techs who use chim chim terms to throw us noobs off our guard, and make our brain like tausuan liddat.)
