actually, its pretty hard to tell the real from the fakes online, especially the ibanez's... the gibson ones are extremely obvious though.. anyone got any idea how to spot the fake ibanez???

yeah.. for gibsons and epiphones, they come is weird colours and shapes, inaccurate headstocks, sharp cutaways for the les pauls... other than that, the name is usually misspelt and is kidna in the wrong "font"... fret markers are usually wrong as well...

and i still dunno about the ibanez guitars... a bit hard to spot the fakes from photos... but usually can be told just by looking at the seller's name and the description.. which usually is :" beautiful, exqusite, fantastic wonderful music instrument, electricity guitar.. antique product!!" or something similar, and usually in bad english as well...

i suspect the guitars are made of plywood as well.. anyone know what stuff the fake guitars made of??
