Extension of passport

I recently renewed my passport. Apparently my passport was too old so i had to apply for a new one, where the Passport number isn't the same as your IC number. I went to ICA, filled up an application for the passport and went back cause they needed to process the application, a few days later, they sent me a letter telling me the passport is ready for collection, so i made an appointment and went down. Making an appointment will save you a lot of time no matter what time u set ur appointment at, apparently if they detect that u made an appointment, they automatically put you in the fast queue when you're collecting your passport.
i apply for a new one about last month.
i went there and get a form.
fill it up, paste my pic and send the form through mail to them.
or you can put the form in a box there.
but i think mailing them would be easier.
they will mail you few weeks ltr saying that you can collect your passport alrd.
oh ya! if you want to collect, go during the weekdays around 8am.
damn empty. wait less than 10mins for your turn.

Make an appointment when you want to collect your passport. No matter what time you go the waiting time is less than 10 mins. Just collected my passport during a weekday lunchtime. Waited only 10 mins.
