OK, ok. I can hear the Mac users say, "Just switch to a Mac!" Well, some of us still need Windows software that may not work well (or optimized) in bootcamp.
The one feature that I really like in Mac is Exposé. Alt-tab is not helpful when I have lots of windows opened. Even the Flip3D in Vista is confusing if lots of Windows are opened (flipping through many Windows just doesn't work).
So here comes Exposé clones for windows. I've tried many over the years - using XP and Vista versions. I've tried TopDesk, Reflex Vision, dExposeD2...All have issues with them.
The best (and is now running smoothly in my Vista) - Switcher v2 (http://insentient.net/). The only caveat is that it works only in Vista and with Aero. But it's extremely smooth and very customisable. Better than anything I've tried before. Now I use Switcher almost all the time when I need to switch between multiple Windows. If I need to switch to and fro between 2 Windows repetitively (when working on a document) - I use my mouse customized side-wheel for switching apps backwards and forwards. Between these 2, I have no longer any need for Alt-Tab and Flip3D. My windows taskbar is entirely hidden since the only reason it was there was to switch between apps.
Highly recommended for those who use Vista and Aero.
Oh, I forgot to mention. It's free.
