After singing for over 13 years, and experimenting with most vocal techniques and lessons available in the market, I've been a coach to over hundreds of students in music and government schools all over the country.

I was trained under famed choral conductor Nelson Kwei, and was a soloist in one of his choirs. In later years, I branched out into other music genres including Christian Music, Jazz, Classical, Blues, Eng/Mando/HokkienPop, Rock and have performance experience from singing over events, hotels and in pubs/lounges.

Currently vocal coaching (NOT conducting) a few choirs, and teaching music lessons in various government schools and contemporary singing in a music school; I'm hoping to also have individual students that are passionate about music, and singing in general.

My lessons are priced at:
$180 for 4 weekly sessions a month if conducted at my place (besides Eunos MRT Station)
(i.e. $45 per 1 hour session)
$220 for home lessons if the student has a tuned piano/keyboard and a quiet acoustic environment to practice singing in.

Lesson curricula are tailor-made to each individual's vocal timbre through singing techniques and vocal exercises of various difficulty levels. Students also get to sing to live instrumentation instead of 'dead' minus one tracks and learn to express themselves through music and related theories and applications.

Guitar and keyboard classes are available for those that'll like to play an instrument as well.

Experienced Guitar Accompaniment Coach Available

While most other guitar pedagogic out there aims to get people strumming songs soon and fast, I am primarily a play-and-sing musician that focuses on guitar accompaniment and approach learning the instrument proper without taking short cuts. What goes on in most of the guitar-learning world through simply memorising chord fingerings makes learner hit a brick wall quick which leads to quitting.

I believe in teaching how the instrument works, from the very construct and this delayed gratification will ensure that students learn MUSIC, and not simply replicate finger positions. With already many singing students under my wing, I do hope to also work with serious learners of the guitar because I personally understand the pain of learning and would share the tips I've gathered over the years.

Rates are at $180/month of 4 hourly lessons.
