ESP KH-2 NTB or JEM7VWH

i need some opinion on these two guitars....in terms of playbility,new price value,resale value,tone,quality.....etc
i have esp kh-2 neck thru and someone wants to trade with ibanez jem7vwh....is it worth one on one trade?which guitar has better versatile tone?just wanna hear input from you guys..thanks
