to me its no big deal. shit like this happens all the time. you just gotta know the facts and your homework when you'r playing the buy/sell market.

If i were you i would just call up the asswipe and give him one nice one over the phone. i've done that before.

Another thing you may wanna note is that you usually stand to lose more with upgrades in a guitar. Especially pickups, it may make more sense to take them out before selling the guitar cos they are worth much less with the whole package compared to selling them separately.
