Hey blackwood,
I bought a Vox AC30CC1 down at your bras brasah showroom about 3-4 months ago.
About 1 month ago i brought it back to the store regarding some crackling and buzzing, and i was told it was a power issue. I tried plugging it directly into the wall socket but the problem persisted. I was thinking that it's a problem with the tubes, because when i bought the amp, it was dusty and looked like it was sitting in the store for quite awhile. Then today when i turned it on to warm up, there was a crackle and the red power on button went off and won't come on again.
So my question is, will i have to pay for the old tubes that were already old in the amplifier or is it still covered under the warranty?

Thanks in advance.
