my item has been confiscated....... and e-cigarette is indeed substitute for tobacco.

they wouldnt answer much of my question, only give answer like LAW SAYS SO. "i dunno, law stated one.... "

btw its stated in the paper given to me, any product or toy designed to resemble a tobacco product is illegal..........

so smart.. we invented the cigarette? this is our cigarette copyright ar?

There is NO TOBACCO in e-cigs, only nicotine. So e-cigs seem to fall in a grey area!

well, how can i win the authority..

seriously, we shld really do something abt e-cigarette. cant let the authority decide everything wad... we need lawyer here, anyone?

wow ricky, feel bad for you

We are supposed to get freedom of speech?

why dont they let you have refund by sending the company back the e-cig
why must they confiscate it, wtf wrong with the law, stupid singapore.

i thought you could claim the item, since they say, item will be destroyed if unclaimed for 30 days

The HSA just wanna rub it in your face dont they. Those bastards.

the officer told me, if the seller refuse to refund without getting the goods, request for a letter from seller to have it send back inorder to give the refund.

items that can be claim within 30 days must first obtain approval from HSA. for my case, my item is not approved to claim. and guess what, he have seen many e-cig cases.

im thinking where the hell they dump those confiscated goods.... must be somewhere right.

guess government see no tax in ciggie no earn money. confiscate and force ppl buy SINGAPORE DUTY PAID CIGARETTES. so that they can earn money-.- and with all this increase of prices. hell we're losing
