haha :lol: you can go boon studio and check out the dw set la. am quite bz these days with nitely performance and sales work in the day, not to mention time with my kids. If i have the time, will definitely take some pix of the kit as it is stored at my fren studio :lol:

hi, i know this question in very.. out of the topic but i would like to know how can u manage to work in day and perform nightly? i'm currently working 9-5 daytime and i'm about to start playing nightly on dec. i'm just afraid that i can manage to do it. any advice on that?

Its roughly around 900 plus minus with chrome hardware. DW dun do brass anymore but gold-plating, which is 20% more of the acual price.

From the picture, can't really tell if it's a collector's series or workshop series..

Normally ebay prices for DWs, esp used ones are great. Cant go wrong wif it. As for Collectors' or Workshop, hopefully its a Collectors'. Workshop was discontinued few years back and some Workshop series has a slightly ovalish lugs.

Hmmm, yeah that's what I thought too, but under the collector's series (CS), doesn't the Brass only come in Vintage Brass? That's what makes me think this black nickel-plated one is probably a Workshop series..

Yes, tat nickel-plated one is released in 2003 under Workshop series. And the badge is also a Workshop series badge. The round badge are normally the one for Collectors' series.
