Thanks for the tip. The squeezing did help, in another way though. Nearly pop the top off. Decided to remove to top to see how it works.
Found out that the trick is in the centre of the applicator tip :roll: . The centre needs to be depressed before any fluid can flow out (now I understand why the instruction said to apply when strings are at tension).
Strings felt nice after application. Let's hope they'll not tarnish so quickly.
it doesnt really prevent tarnishing from what i know but it sure makes the strings more playable/smooth i actually left mine lying around for a year before using it and i can feel the difference
yea i agree that the GHS fast frets are much better..the dunlop's after awhile, the fibre thingy will wear off and it will suck after there's no fibre...lol..its all in the preference
FastFret too oily? when i apply on it, i always wipe it then play , not really oily, unless u didn't use the cloth to wipe it away. But i still find that my string still rust on some sides..even now my bridge is rusting.. wth!
