drums software

sorry if ive posted in the wrong section but i was just curious what software is good in making looped drumbeats or even better,

a software that has drum machine in it..!ahaha.. and which is easy to use..

try Propellerhead's Reason, Native Instruments' Battery or check out the reasonably-priced Beta Monkey drum loops - you can slice and dice them to your heart's content!

or you could just get a good collection of drum samples like Toontrack's EZDrummer or Drumkit From Hell, or Addictive Drums..then program them using your favourite MIDI sequencer.

also, most recording software nowadays come with drum machines (Ableton Live has Impulse, for example). plenty ways to cook a chicken, take your pick and have fun!

p.s. what's so bad about Fruity Loops? i used it to program the drums for my band's demo. it has one of the more friendly interfaces for drum programming, IMO.
