Drum'n'Bass tunes.

Hello to everyone in the SOFT forums. I'm Yong and i absolutely love Drum'n'Bass. One thing led to another, and thus i decided to try my hand at producing some tunes.

I'd love to hear comments, criticism and thoughts on my amateurish tracks. Am always open to collaborating with other producers, rappers, singers, songwriters, guitarists and generally, everyone who loves music (even better if you're into EDM) ;)

Please do take a moment to listen to my tunes at: www.myspace.com/jacklepop. I'd elaborate more on myself but will refrain from boring everyone here. Peace out! :D

@dir: Thank you for your kind words :D I hope to further improve and polish on the production side of things. I listen to London Elektricity and Photek too. I enjoyed the melody in the track you posted, and with some EQ tweaks and tightening of the beats, i'm sure your track will shine. Also, i've dropped by Breakbeat Theory's myspace and must say, they have some good stuff going on too!

Cheers!

Nice production, really clean and polished. I love drum'n'bass too, usually more to jungle tracks, London Elektricity and photek beats. You have some great stuff, I've tried producing dnb but always fail. here's one of my closest attempts that vaguely resembles it: link. (mastering problems, beware)

Also, there's a local live dnb band here called 'Breakbeat Theory', check them out if you haven't already!

..

yeah, photek remains huge in my heart. so simple, but so engaging.

we have a facebook page now, feel free to join up. :)

Is there anyway i can get my hands on a BBT album? Would like to acquire local DNB tunes. :D A collaboration would be awesome too, if i'm not being too thick skin here.
